TIME BILLING

Privacy Policy

Effective August 10, 2026

Information collected

Time Billing collects account and business information, client and engagement records, time entries, technical request information, and support communications needed to operate and secure the product.

How information is used

Information is used to provide the service, authenticate users, maintain subscriptions, prevent abuse, send necessary account messages, support customers, and comply with legal obligations.

Administrative subscription service

Time Billing sends limited signed subscription information—such as business identity, account email, plan, status, and authorized-user allowance—to the separate Rock Local Media Group administration service. Client, engagement, note, and time-entry content remains in Time Billing.

Payments

When payment features are offered, card information is handled by the selected payment provider and is not stored by Time Billing.

Retention and security

Records are retained as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and preserve security and audit history. Administrative, technical, and encryption safeguards are used to protect information.

Your choices

You may request correction of account information or assistance with account closure, subject to required record retention.
